With that in mind, he launched Sueno Leather & Lather Products, offering quality leather shoes and accessories that combine tradition with modern trends. Today, Sueno serves customers both online and through physical outlets, standing out for its commitment to authenticity and excellence.

But Alvee’s ambitions extend far beyond building a successful business. He envisions Sueno as a platform for positive change, particularly for the workers who form the backbone of the leather industry. Neealana Naushin is a passionate academic, dedicated activist, and dynamic entrepreneur whose work bridges disciplines, industries, and communities. Currently a lecturer at the School of General Education at BRAC University, Bangladesh, she brings an interdisciplinary lens to her teaching, empowering students with real-world insights rooted in both academic rigor and hands-on experience. Her classroom is a space where theory meets practice, and where students are encouraged to think critically and act compassionately.

In parallel with her academic and activist commitments, Neealana is also an emerging force in sustainable entrepreneurship. She has received training from the Sutardja Center for Entrepreneurship & Technology (SCET) at the University of California, Berkeley, equipping her with the tools to innovate at the intersection of technology, design, and sustainability.

As co-founder of SUENO, a Dhaka-based leather and leather products business, Neealana is redefining fashion with a purpose. SUENO fuses traditional craftsmanship with modern aesthetics and a growing commitment to environmental responsibility. Her next venture? A sustainable product line made from eco-friendly vegan leather, an initiative currently in development and seeking funding support.
